My client is a dynamic sportswear company with a strong presence in domestic, e-commerce and the international market.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team and support our logistics and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Create and maintain accurate and organised filing systems (digital and physical).

Manage and respond to customer order bookings via email in a timely and professional manner.

Carry out tasks assigned by the Admin Supervisor and other members of management.

Logistics Coordination:

Learn and understand internal processes related to shipping export orders across Europe and internationally.

Assist in the preparation and documentation of export shipments, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

Support the import process, including customs documentation and liaising with freight forwarders.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and logistics processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with import/export documentation and procedures is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and grow within a long-term position.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of £12.75 per hour

Monday to Thursday: 08.30am-5pm and Friday: 9am - 4pm, with overtime on Saturdays
