Thrive Group is recruiting Production Operatives for a temporary to permanent position in Wells.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience as a machine operator and possess a good level of English.
The role requires a positive attitude and a desire to develop skills within the business as a team player.
The pay rate is £12.88 per hour, with a shift allowance of £15.65 for hours worked after 10 PM.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, and various shifts are available from Monday to Sunday.

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team. This will be working within there Production Department.

Our client ideally is looking for the below:

Preferably previous experience as machine operator or operator
Good level of English
A positive approach to work / positive attitude
A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
Team player

Pay rate:

Basic Hours 12.88 per hour, shift allowance once you work after 2200 which is paid at 15.65 per hour
