Robert Half are currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support the successful roll-out of our ERP system.

As part of the Design & Build team, you'll play a key role in helping users navigate reporting and reconciliation processes, enhance financial knowledge across teams, and ensure a smooth and effective go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support system users with finance queries, focusing on reporting and reconciliation
  • Identify and improve training materials and documentation to upskill users
  • Review end-to-end finance processes and recommend improvements
  • Address reporting gaps by collaborating with relevant teams
  • Deliver training to a range of stakeholders, including offshore teams
  • Escalate complex issues or exceptions promptly

About You:

  • Strong understanding of finance processes and systems, ideally with hands-on Oracle experience
  • Confident delivering training to diverse audiences across locations
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving reporting and reconciliation challenges
  • Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about process improvement and user enablement
