A respected and long-established architectural studio in Wiltshire is seeking a talented and driven Project Architect to join its team. The practice is known for delivering thoughtfully designed projects across a range of sectors, particularly high-end residential, and the practice champions a culture rooted in creativity, collaboration and design excellence.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading projects through all RIBA stages, with an emphasis on design delivery
- Creating high-quality design and technical drawings
- Managing client relationships and liaising with consultants and contractors
- Monitoring project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal design reviews
The ideal Project Architect will have:
- ARB registration
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical ability
- Solid experience across RIBA Stages 3-5
- Proficient in Revit (essential); experience with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for high-quality design
