Description

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with key regional accounts.

  • Deliver sustainable growth through effective account planning, promotional strategy, and category insight.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure delivery of commercial objectives.

  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional plans, and joint business plans (JBPs).

  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar Key Account Manager or National Account Manager role within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.

  • Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering against sales targets.

  • Confident negotiator with experience managing top-tier accounts (grocery multiples, convenience, discounters, or wholesalers).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Based in or able to commute to the Midlands with flexibility for national travel and hybrid working.
