Description

Own and develop strategic relationships with key regional accounts.

Deliver sustainable growth through effective account planning, promotional strategy, and category insight.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure delivery of commercial objectives.

Negotiate trading terms, promotional plans, and joint business plans (JBPs).

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Profile

Proven experience in a similar Key Account Manager or National Account Manager role within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.

Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering against sales targets.

Confident negotiator with experience managing top-tier accounts (grocery multiples, convenience, discounters, or wholesalers).

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Based in or able to commute to the Midlands with flexibility for national travel and hybrid working.
