A prestigious Public Sector organisation is looking to recruit a Marketing Content & Campaigns Manager on a long-term interim contract.

The Content and Campaigns Manager plays a pivotal role in planning and delivering high-impact, B2B marketing campaigns that support the organisation's global go-to-market strategy for new and existing products. A core focus of the role is sales enablement equipping a global sales channel with compelling content, targeted messaging, and campaign materials that drive product visibility, drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role within a growing and ambitious marketing team. The post holder will collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, product, and channel teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, audience-focused, and aligned with strategic goals.

The main responsibilities are:

1. Campaign Planning and Execution

Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the launch and adoption of new and existing products

Develop campaign messaging, content plans, and asset requirements based on customer insight, product benefits, and strategic objectives.

2. Sales Enablement and Channel Marketing

Create distributor-focused marketing materials and toolkits to support global sales and local outreach, including product user and distributor assets, email templates, messaging guides, and campaign packs.

3. Content Development and Management

Write and edit high-quality marketing content across formats including email campaigns, social posts, brochures, presentations, web pages, and product summaries.

4. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using HubSpot dashboards, analytics tools, and MI reports with a focus on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

Work collaboratively across digital, product, events, and channel teams to ensure campaigns are joined-up, customer-focused, and delivered to a high standard.
