Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this values led / niche brand to recruit an experienced Learning and Skills Manager on an initial 6 month FTC to start ASAP. The role will be mostly remote / home based with some occasional travel to Salisbury.

Reporting to an engaging and developmental People Director and managing 2 colleagues directly and a further indirectly with oversight across 3 business units, you will oversee the operational learning needs, including mandatory training, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through close collaboration with the Compliance Team.

We are looking for you to possess extensive experience in developing and delivering effective talent strategies, including career frameworks, career paths and progression grades with an in-depth knowledge and experience in succession planning, with a proven track record of implementing and embedding these processes.

You will possess strong stakeholder management, working effectively with all levels within the organisation and sound expertise in performance management, driving its use, and leveraging data to enhance the quality of objectives and feedback.

You will be a proactive leader who drives initiatives forward while bringing the team along, with the ability to identify issues and independently take steps to resolve them. It goes without saying you will be an excellent communicator, ensuring stakeholders are consistently kept informed of progress, as well as a problem-solver with the ability to address issues and audit actions, taking the necessary corrective actions. You will also possess good understanding of using data and LMS systems.

You will lead the people workstream for a large-scale multi-entity change project focussed on the IT population of the organisation. The role will partner closely with senior business leaders to drive alignment between people strategies and the evolving needs of the organisation, with a particular focus on the delivery of a large-scale restructure across multiple entities, including a TUPE transfer.
