?? What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and developing electrical and control systems for custom-engineered automated equipment.
  • Creating schematics, wiring schedules, and loom diagrams to meet international standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Quality.
  • Supporting the full product lifecycle-from concept through to production and testing.

?? What You'll Bring

  • A strong electrical design engineering background with at least 2 years industry experience post qualifications.
  • Experience in system or equipment design, ideally in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and a solid understanding of engineering change control however if you have used other packages training will be given as long as you hold experience in at least one package.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

?? Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of CE marking, EN standards, and P&ID diagrams.
  • Experience within process automation industries

You will be based at their centre of excellence that is within a 35 minute commute or less from Bristol, Newport, Weston-Super-Mare and Chepstow areas.

This role is paying up to £53,000 per annum dependent on experience plus benefits including hybrid working, bonus incentives and a company culture that actively drives the development of their teams.
