The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (ECE, NTT, or B.Ed.) or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Kindergarten or early primary grades
- Native-level English proficiency; bilingual skills a plus
- Passionate, flexible, and creative teaching style
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
- International experience and leadership skills are desirable
