The ideal candidate
- A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field.

- A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an international school as an Early Years teacher.Â
- Has an understanding of other point of views, is open-minded, and is aware of other cultures.
- Outstanding work ethic.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches.
- Expertise in English language instruction for young learners, including phonics, early literacy, and language acquisition strategies.
