We're seeking a skilled and hands-on Carpentry Technician to join a busy and supportive construction team at a well-established education provider in Wiltshire.

Whether you're an experienced tradesperson or someone ready to step into a role supporting practical learning, this position offers the chance to use your craft skills to inspire the next generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain materials, tools, and equipment for carpentry sessions.

  • Support teaching staff during practical classes to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Help maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring workshop.

  • Assist learners with practical tasks, promoting safe working practices.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or above) in carpentry, joinery, or a related field.

  • Experience in woodworking or a similar trade.

  • Strong understanding of workshop tools, equipment, and health & safety.

  • Practical, organised, and a good problem-solver.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
