We’re looking for a detail-oriented Trade Mark Formalities Administrator to join our clients established Trade Marks department on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you’ll manage trade mark filings, renewals, and records. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth and efficient trade mark processes - previous experience within a Trade Mark Paralegal or Administrative position is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade mark databases, keeping records up-to-date.
  • File trade mark and design applications with UKIPO, OHIM, WIPO, and instruct global agents.
  • Process contentious filings, renewals, and assignments.
  • Provide clients with filing updates and reports.
  • Handle communications with IP offices and clients.
  • Oversee trade mark watch notices and manage debit accounts.
  • Conduct basic searches and process certificates.
