About the RoleJoin a dynamic Planning and Sustainability team supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and operational projects at one of the UK's leading regional airports. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation of our long-term Master Plan, working on planning submissions, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing planning applications, including those under permitted development rights.
- Support the discharge of planning conditions and Section 106 obligations.
- Draft responses to local and regional planning policy consultations.
- Monitor planning policy and applications to safeguard airport interests.
- Provide internal planning support and help coordinate consultant inputs.
- Contribute to compliance reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- RTPI accredited degree.
- Experience in a planning-related role (public or private sector).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.
- Confident working independently and in a team.
