About the RoleJoin a dynamic Planning and Sustainability team supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and operational projects at one of the UK's leading regional airports. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the implementation of our long-term Master Plan, working on planning submissions, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing planning applications, including those under permitted development rights.
  • Support the discharge of planning conditions and Section 106 obligations.
  • Draft responses to local and regional planning policy consultations.
  • Monitor planning policy and applications to safeguard airport interests.
  • Provide internal planning support and help coordinate consultant inputs.
  • Contribute to compliance reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • RTPI accredited degree.
  • Experience in a planning-related role (public or private sector).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines.
  • Confident working independently and in a team.
