A rewarding opportunity has emerged for a proficient Commercial Litigation Solicitor to become part of an inclusive and supportive team. This role provides the adaptability of a hybrid working model, delivering superior dispute resolution and litigation advice to a diverse clientele including Corporates, SMEs, and Family-run businesses. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, with tasks ranging from commercial related dispute work to mediation and other forms of ADR. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration plus benefits.

What you'll do:

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, your role will be multifaceted and dynamic. You will:

  • Deliver superior dispute resolution and litigation advice
  • Manage a varied caseload including commercial related dispute work and contractual disputes between businesses
  • Handle professional negligence claims
  • Participate in mediation and other forms of ADR
  • Identify and capitalise on business development opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with other fee earners within the CDR team across the firm
