Venn Group have been instructed on a Planning Locum position with a local authority in Yorkshire. The role will involve responding to ad hoc planning queries and preparation and attendance for Planning Committee once a month.

Start: End of May/ Beginning of June 2025

Duration: 3 months initially, extremely likely to be extended until the end of the year

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week, FT compressed considered

Travel: Committee attendance once a month required, office attendance 1-2 times a week preferred

Rate: £55-60ph umbrella

The successful candidate will have previous local government experience in a Planning Legal team and be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx.
