Remote working – Residential Conveyancer Solicitor.

100% working from home role.

This leading law firm in Hampshire is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to work within its busy team, remotely from home.

About the Role:As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and transfers of freehold and leasehold properties. You’ll work closely with high-value clients, ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle a caseload of residential property transactions
  • Provide expert advice on sales, purchases and other conveyancing matters
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships

About You:You will have:

  • A minimum of circa 3+ year’s post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of handling property transactions from inception to completion
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A client-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a team
