What You’ll Do
- Handle a diverse residential property caseload, including freehold, leasehold and ideally new build transactions
- Conduct thorough title checks and manage leasehold matters with precision.
- Deliver an exceptional, client-focused service from instruction through to completion
About You:
- A qualified and experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, or Residential Property Solicitor
- Confident in managing leasehold transactions and skilled in title checking
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently while maintaining a high standard of client care
- Comfortable using technology and open to working in a digitally enabled environment
