About the Role:G2 Legal is partnering with a top national conveyancing team in its search for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to work fully remotely. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own caseload of around 100 files, spanning freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
  • Work independently while being supported by an established and collaborative remote team
  • Ensure all transactions are progressed efficiently, with high levels of client care
  • Opportunities to expand your caseload as your performance is reviewed

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Solid experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
  • Familiarity with VisualFiles and Practice Manager systems
