In this office-based role you will be given full autonomy and freedom to manage mechanical building services projects from cradle to grave. This will involve handling labour, sub-contractors, and overseeing the design team, along with visiting sites for tending and overseeing the full delivery of buildings within the commercial and industrial sector.

This specialist contractor handle commercial and industrial environmental control projects from cradle to grave, specialising in HVAC and heat pump solutions. With a current turnover of £10 million they are projecting £16 million by 2030 with this new role playing a crucial part in their plans.

This role would suit a Mechanical Project Manager from a building services background looking to join a forward-thinking and diverse company, where they will make their mark for the long-term.

The Role:

  • Managing construction projects valuing from 100k to £4 million from cradle to grave
  • Conducting surveys, tendering, handling sub-contractors and the design team
  • Covering primarily the M4/M5 corridor
  • Office based in Cardiff, working in a close-knit and collaborative team
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, finish 4pm Friday
