- Produce mechanical and/or electrical designs that meet legislative and Health & Safety standards.
- Monitor installations and oversee contractor performance.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers.
- Assist with tender preparation and support business development efforts.
- Lead or contribute to project meetings, sometimes acting as Contract Administrator.
- Ensure compliance with QA procedures and promote safe working practices.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical and/or electrical building services.
- Experience in project delivery, contractor oversight, and client interaction.
- Confident communicator with leadership skills and a proactive approach.
