Pump Service & Repairs EngineerCovering South-WestCompetitive Salary, Bonus, Overtime, Company Van, Paid door to door.As a Service & Repairs Engineer for Aquatronic Group Management you will provide all aspects of on-site servicing, repairs and installation works covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. Service EngineerKey Responsibilities:
  • Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
  • Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office 
  • Actively be aware of opportunities to promote AGM Services
  • Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Perform fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork
  • Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary   
  • Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues
Service & Repair EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
  • Fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • A pleasant and friendly ‘can do’ attitude
  • Health and Safety training required for the role
  • Good time keeping
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Knowledge and skills to develop: 
  • Advanced fault finding and repairs  
  • Further Health and Safety training required for the role
