I'm currently working in partnership with a Housing Association with the key hire of a Research Officer on a permanent basis.£30,000 - £36,000 per annum DOE 3 days per week office based, 2 days home working hybrid modelLocation optional: Somerset office, south coast office, or southeast office

As Researcher you will scope out, manage and conduct primary and secondary research projects and deliver high quality research driven insights from them.

You will devise methodologies for research and data collection, analyse and summarise research, and produce high quality evidence-based recommendations.

You will use market research/ business research experience to deliver a variety of research projects.

Experience in market research or a business research setting (not just academic) is required, as well as hands-on research experience.

Key

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering qualitative research projects, designing discussion guides, facilitating interviews and focus groups, analysing qualitative data and producing actionable reports and recommendations.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering quantitative research methodologies, survey design, using statistical techniques to analyse data and producing actionable reports and recommendations.
  • Degree in a research related discipline or relevant professional qualification e.g. Market Research Society is advantageous.
  • Excellent numerical skills and the ability to interrogate information and problem solve with a logical and objective approach.
