Ten Live Ltd are recruiting a Planning Administrator on behalf of our Industry Leading client based in Dumbarton for a 3-month contract
Key Responsibilities:
Printing off and distributing build plans with the production stakeholders supporting on updating data in spreadsheets and using emails to keep people updated on logistics/transport booking or anything expedited. Mainly emailing, telephoning, printing and communicating with updates.
Requirements:
- proficiency in MS Office - comfortable with data input/updating
- comfortable using the phone and good interpersonal skills
Hours of Work:
contract hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday no hybrid working
