Social Worker – Children and Families Team

£40–£42 per hour | Contract | Full-time

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team delivering high-quality social work services to children and families. The focus is on preventative work, timely intervention, and strength-based practice to achieve positive outcomes.

• Manage a varied caseload with a focus on early intervention
• Undertake assessments, care planning, and direct work with children and families
• Collaborate effectively with education, health, and third-sector partners
• Participate in case conferences, reviews, and core group meetings
• Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation and local procedures

• Social Work England (or SSSC) registration
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualifying experience in Children’s Services
• Strong assessment, communication, and partnership working skills
• Enhanced PVG/DBS required
