We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of an exciting new leisure centre development. This high-profile project includes modern sports facilities, swimming pools, wellness areas, and environmentally sustainable building systems.
MEP Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end MEP coordination, from design through to commissioning.

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery.

Liaise with architects, civil teams, and client representatives to maintain project integration.

Ensure MEP systems meet all regulatory and performance standards.

Lead risk management and implement value engineering where applicable.

Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting.
MEP Project Manager Requirements:

Valid CSCS card

SMSTS
-
Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large-scale commercial or public-sector projects.

Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, fire, plumbing).

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
