We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Project Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of an exciting new leisure centre development. This high-profile project includes modern sports facilities, swimming pools, wellness areas, and environmentally sustainable building systems.

MEP Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end MEP coordination, from design through to commissioning.

  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery.

  • Liaise with architects, civil teams, and client representatives to maintain project integration.

  • Ensure MEP systems meet all regulatory and performance standards.

  • Lead risk management and implement value engineering where applicable.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting.

MEP Project Manager Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card

  • SMSTS

  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large-scale commercial or public-sector projects.

  • Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, fire, plumbing).

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
