We are currently recruiting for a Hard Services Manager, to join our client's team in Dumfries and Galloway.

Position: Hard FM Project Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (pro rata)
Location: Dumfries and Galloway Hospital
Contract: Temporary, 6 months

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Services/Project Manager to oversee hard FM projects related to the installation, inspection, and maintenance of passive fire safety measures within healthcare buildings. This includes firestopping, fire-resistant walls, fire dampers, and fire doors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with the Scottish and English Health Technical Memorandum and respective building regulations.
* Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to guidance produced by IFE, ASFP, NAHFO, and other safety standards.
* Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality project management processes and documentation.
* Technical Expertise: Complement the range of technical and professional expertise within the contract and team.
* Project Delivery: Scope, cost, price, and deliver safe, compliant, and efficient PFSM projects for Serco that comply with CDM2015 legislation, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO), and the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
* Standards Alignment: Ensure solutions and works align with the RIBA Plan of Work, incorporated in Serco Health's end-to-end project management process and governance.
* Customer Satisfaction: Deliver a service that meets and exceeds customer expectations through meeting our Service Level Agreements and Contractual obligations effectively and efficiently.
* Financial Contribution: Contribute to the financial success and ongoing growth and development of the services provided by the Serco contract.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in project management within the healthcare sector.
* Strong knowledge of passive fire safety measures and relevant regulations.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
