Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential

This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the surveying responsibility on two legacy projects out of their Hampshire office. 

Your contract as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will start immediately and you are likely to be required for up to 9months. Your working week will offer flexibility working from their office, sites and remotely.

The projects you will work on are both new build housing developments in the Hampshire region both over 150 units.

Our client requires an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, that has seen projects through to complete financial close. You will have had good exposure to working closely with the client.

For this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, you must have residential experience that can be with main contractors or developers. A degree or recognised UK Quantity Surveying qualification is also required.
