Maintenance Engineering Team Leader

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + up to 4% bonus

Hours: Monday – Thursday, half-day Friday (Flexi-time, 37 hours)

Ready to take the next step in your maintenance career? We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineering Team Leader to join a leading manufacturing facility in Bridgwater.

You’ll be leading a skilled maintenance team, overseeing the smooth running of factory equipment, introducing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and driving performance improvements. You’ll also be hands-on with preventative maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, and supporting exciting engineering projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Engineering qualification (HND or equivalent)
• Proven experience leading or stepping into leadership from a senior maintenance role
• Experience with CMMS systems and a proactive attitude to continuous improvement
• A collaborative, solutions-driven leader passionate about delivering high service levels
