Keystone Recruitment Partners are delighted to be working with one of our longest standing technology clients based in Dundee to recruit a part-time Finance Analyst on a permanent basis. This is an ideal role for a skilled financial professional who is looking for work-life balance and a fantastic supportive and growing business to be part of.

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented part-time finance administrator to oversee the financial operations and administrative functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the company while ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts department. Your expertise in financial management, accounting principles, and general office administration will be invaluable in driving success and growth. We are looking for a person that always wants to improve system, process and reporting to be a key player in driving the company forward.

The successful Finance Assistant will have the following skills and experience:

Located locally - able to be office based

Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in Sage accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

In return our client is offering a competeive salary package for this part time, office based role in Dundee. The role is 20 hours per week with negotiable schedule.
