  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, businesses and stakeholders
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, training and ongoing support to clients
  • Represent the company at events, meetings and promotional activities
  • Gather feedback and insights to help improve services and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a customer-facing, retail or sales position
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships
  • IT skills and proficiency using CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle
