- Deliver onboarding sessions, training and ongoing support to clients

- Gather feedback and insights to help improve services and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a customer-facing, retail or sales position
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships
- IT skills and proficiency using CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle
