Are you a Tayside based Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 3 Years' PQE) looking to further your career at both a leading regional and national team? - Advising on wills, powers of attorney and executries
- Providing advice on estate and tax planning, focusing on assisting clients in protecting their assets and minimising tax liabilities
- Creating and administering of trusts, while advising on complex succession and inheritance matters
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Ideally has post-qualified or traineeship experience in Private Client law, however candidates with experience in other areas of Civil law who can demonstrate a true desire to pursue this area of law will be considered
- Are personable, approachable and considerate in their actions, capable of providing clear, sensitive and practical advice to clients in difficult situations
- Have a track-record in or are willing to be involved in business development initiatives
- Are committed to professional development and would like to achieve STEP qualification further down the line
