Role: Office Administrator
Location: Dundee
Salary: £24,862 per annum
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally and take customer orders efficiently
- Responding to enquiries accurately and promptly
- Process orders, despatch, and invoicing using Sage 50 and Excel
- Liaise with customers to confirm or amend orders via telephone
- Prepare letters, documents, and spreadsheets with strong secretarial skills
- Maintain a welcoming and confident attitude with a focus on excellent customer care
- Work under pressure while maintaining high standards
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Sage 50 experience is a plus, but not essential
- Strong communication and telephone manner
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised
- A warm, friendly personality and a collaborative team spirit
- Capable of working independently when needed
