About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Scanning Administrator to support the digitization of sensitive paper documents. This temporary role involves scanning and uploading files into the system to create secure electronic records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize paper documents
- Ensure accurate indexing and electronic filing
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or scanning experience preferred
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
