Hybrid working, city centre location, working as part of a UK wide, supportive and friendly team, delivering 5* service to their estate client base.

Working 9-5 M-F, 35hrs per week, after training you'll do a 2 day hoe 3 day office split, unless you prefer to be fully office based which is also an option.

Salary is dependant on experience £26k - £29k; please note this is initially a 1y FTC with the potential to be made permanent thereafter.

Duties:

  • Promote and market properties online, update and take off as required
  • Answer questions over the phone and via email
  • Liaise with all parties involved (solicitors, mortgage brokers etc)
  • Once the sale is completed, arrange for the clients to sign legal documents
  • After clients have settled in, stay in touch with them to ensure everything is running properly
  • Ensure that your administrative records are up to date
