What You'll Do:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple clients
- Handling payroll queries including tax codes, deductions, and statutory payments
- Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, SPP, pensions, GDPR, year-end reporting)
- Prioritising and delivering accurate payrolls under tight deadlines
- Communicating confidently with clients and HMRC
About You:
- Proven experience within a high volume payroll setting
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
