Responsibilities:Join our team as a Plumbing Support Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of plumbing systems! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert technical support during installations and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve installation challenges.
  • Delivering hands-on training and guidance on system usage and maintenance.
  • Conducting system configuration and calibration to meet specific customer needs.
  • Documenting installation processes and maintaining detailed service records.
  • Performing thorough testing of hardware and software to uphold quality standards.
  • Identifying and resolving product defects while contributing to quality assurance processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout your work.

Skills:We're looking for a candidate with a passion for plumbing and a knack for problem-solving. You should have:

  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
  • Experience in pipe fitting and general connections.
  • Familiarity with pump and valve installations.
  • A commitment to Health and Safety best practises.

Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (6 months)Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
