An Accounts Assistant is required to provide support to the Accounting & Finance department of a professional services organisation based in Dunfermline within a hybrid working environment.

Description

  • Provide assistance in handling daily accounting and finance tasks with a wide range of SME Clients
  • Support in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Creating tax summaries for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Support the auditing processes
  • Coordinate with the team to improve financial processes

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Available to work in or travel to Dunfermline.
