An established manufacturing business is seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join its Quality team. This role is key to ensuring products meet the highest standards through testing, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out quality inspections and testing on raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Analyse results, identify non-conformances, and produce clear reports.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and assist with internal audits.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement projects and help train new team members.
About You
- Experience in a quality or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with quality standards such as IPC 610 or ISO systems.
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
