Job Title: Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor – Škoda
Location: Dunfermline, KY11 7EG (with travel/support across Edinburgh and Stirling sites)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 OTE depending on experience and performance
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:15am – 5:00pm), occasional Saturday mornings

We are now looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Dunfermline. This dual-role will see you primarily responsible for warranty administration across our group sites, while also supporting the service department with front-of-house duties and admin cover during holidays, sickness, and training.
Key Responsibilities
Warranty Administrator (Primary Role):
- Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately in line with manufacturer standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions.
- Liaise with manufacturer representatives and ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and audit standards.
- Monitor recall campaigns and notify relevant staff of changes in procedures.
- Support our warranty teams across Dunfermline, Edinburgh, and Stirling sites.
Service Advisor (Secondary Support Role):
- Provide excellent front-line customer service at the service desk.
- Book in customer vehicles, schedule workshop jobs, and manage daily workflow.
- Prepare invoices, take payments, and advise on additional services or repairs.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and uphold high customer satisfaction levels.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator and/or Service Advisor role within the motor trade.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident IT skills including use of Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (DMS).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
