We are now looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Dunfermline. This dual-role will see you primarily responsible for warranty administration across our group sites, while also supporting the service department with front-of-house duties and admin cover during holidays, sickness, and training.

Key Responsibilities

Warranty Administrator (Primary Role):

  • Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately in line with manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions.
  • Liaise with manufacturer representatives and ensure compliance with warranty guidelines and audit standards.
  • Monitor recall campaigns and notify relevant staff of changes in procedures.
  • Support our warranty teams across Dunfermline, Edinburgh, and Stirling sites.

Service Advisor (Secondary Support Role):

  • Provide excellent front-line customer service at the service desk.
  • Book in customer vehicles, schedule workshop jobs, and manage daily workflow.
  • Prepare invoices, take payments, and advise on additional services or repairs.
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and uphold high customer satisfaction levels.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator and/or Service Advisor role within the motor trade.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident IT skills including use of Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (DMS).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
