Dalgety Bay Care Home is a purpose-built, luxury care service located in the coastal town of Fife. With accommodation for up to 68 residents, our warm and welcoming home offers outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite Care.

We are looking for compassionate Bank Care Assistants to join our dedicated team. This flexible role allows you to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle, giving you the freedom to work when it suits you while making a real difference every day in a supportive, values-led environment.

What We Offer

• £12.70 per hour

What You Will DoAs a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our caring team, supporting residents with their daily routines and encouraging independence, dignity and wellbeing. You’ll provide hands-on care tailored to individual care plans, help maintain a safe and comfortable environment, support residents with nutrition, and build meaningful relationships that brighten their day. Your kindness and attention to detail will create a truly homely and supportive atmosphere for everyone.

What We Are Looking For

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred but not essential
• Ideally, some experience in care, though we welcome those with transferable skills and a passion for caring
• A genuine interest in working with older people and a commitment to delivering excellent care
• A team player with integrity, compassion, and strong communication skills
