Senior Project Coordinator - Scotland
Opportunity:
Are you currently working as a Project Coordinator looking for a new contract? Have you worked directly with customers? Does your experience include project planning, customer service and administration? If yes then this is the role for you!
Your role as a Senior Project Coordinator based in Scotland will involve managing assigned projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Attend and produce minutes and actions for internal and client meetings/teleconferences/client visits and Audits to support your own assigned projects or Project Management team and to understand full scope requirements to generate all required project documentation.
- Receive, monitor and manage client supplied label text/Randomizations, drug, components and materials and ensure delivery to internal functions as required.
- Generate required documentation and liaise with depot group for 3rd party depot set up.
- Manage inventory reporting and monitor and track client inventory in line with project requirements.
- Set up clients on fusion suite as required, provide ongoing support for client use and password management.
- Set up returns phase of projects.
- Investigate and propose solutions for disputed invoices and effectively manage invoice queries to ensure timely resolution and payment.
This is a 6 months contract which will be reviewed for a possible extension or go permanent dependent on the candidate and business performance. The PAYE rate is £15 per hour.
Skills:
To apply for the role of Senior Project Coordinator you will have the following skills:
- Educated to a high level, typically Bachelor’s degree level (or equivalent) in a related field or good educational standard with relevant practical experience.
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a customer service or appropriate business-related area preferred.
- Good Time Management/Organizational skills adopting a committed approach to providing a high level of customer service when managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Demonstrated professionalism including excellent work ethic, positive attitude and experience communicating with external clients.
