Quantity Surveyor - Fife
Salary up to 58k + 6k car allowance
First Task Professional are delighted to be working with an award winning residential developer to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Working closely with the Commercial Manager and Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking site feasibility studies and appraisals
- Select/agree subcontractor & materials supplier enquiry list.
- Manage/monitor/report on all commercial aspects of projects.
- Develop cost control documentation using information from final agreed contract sum.
- Prepare cost report documentation (CVR) and maintain accurate projected cost tocompletion. Report to Directors at monthly meetings.
- Procurement of subcontract works packages
- Produce monthly payments to subcontractors and labour only subcontractors
- Agreement of Final Accounts.
