Housing/Property Administrator - Full-Time
Location: Fife
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: Nvember, must drive, temp until March 2026
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housing Advisor to join our team in Fife. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for property and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing new tenancy applications
• Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
• Vetting tenants and updating them throughout the process
• Managing void properties to minimise vacancy periods
• Allocating properties efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housing or property essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
