Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking for an exciting and dynamic role within an ambitious company who are focusing on expanding their business allowing for the opportunity to progress quickly into senior roles?
Established 11 years ago, this business have moved from strength to strength, allowing further departments and business ventures to be embarked on. They are now looking for a Design Engineer to join there manufacturing department to assist with the on going growth. Focusing on Fabrication, Industrial and Commercial Painting, Powder Coating and Assembly, they look to support a variety of industries including Quarry, Concrete, Recycling and more.
In this role you will be responsible for using SolidWorks for 3D Design, creating detailed engineering drawings, and maintaining Bill of Materials. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating with manufacturing for production adherence, and providing ongoing design engineering support whilst liaising with other departments.
This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer from a Manufacturing background looking to join an ambitious growing company who offer a bonus and ongoing progression opportunities.
THE ROLE
* Utilize SolidWorks for 3D product development and create detailed engineering drawings.
* Maintain the Bill of Materials and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Work within tight-knit Design team and liaise with other teams
* Collaborate with manufacturing for production adherence and provide ongoing design engineering support while liaising with other departments.
* Monday- Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-1pm
