Role Snapshot / Features

• Oversee bespoke construction projects across UK, Ireland & North America

• Coordinate architects, structural engineers and internal specialists for flawless delivery

• Manage documentation, logistics, inventory and cost forecasting

• Provide high-level technical support and drive continuous-improvement initiatives

• Act as primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships and on-time outcomes

You'll Need

• Proven project coordination or engineering experience in construction / architecture

• Confident reading and interpreting CAD drawings (floor plans, technical details)

• Strong stakeholder communication and deadline-management skills

Great If You Also Have

• Exposure to commercial forecasting or cost control
