Your new role

As an Assembly Fitter, your primary responsibility will be the assembly and disassembly of plant and sub-assemblies within the facility. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely product delivery and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities include assemble plant and sub-assemblies using manual and power tools, safely disassemble plant and prepare it for secure transport, operate overhead cranes in line with safety protocols, read and interpret engineering and technical drawings, conduct quality checks and rectify any defects prior to dispatch.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a hands-on assembly or manufacturing role
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use tools confidently
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
