Hotel Manager - 4 Hotel.

We are recruiting a talented Hotel Manager for a busy and well-regarded 4-star property in the UK. This hotel attracts both corporate and leisure guests and is a popular choice for local celebrations, events, and family gatherings.

The Hotel Manager will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent guest service, financial performance, and team development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager or an ambitious Deputy/Operations Manager ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all departments: Rooms, F&B, Events, and Housekeeping.
  • Deliver 4* guest service and maximise guest satisfaction scores.
  • Drive revenue and control costs to achieve budgeted targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a motivated, guest-focused team.
  • Oversee local events, weddings, and celebrations to ensure success.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, Deputy GM, or Ops Manager in a 4* hotel.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of budgets.
  • Hands-on leader with excellent people-management skills.
  • Able to balance corporate business with leisure and events.
  • Passionate about hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
