The role
- Able to run day to day construction site
- Putting together Construction phase Health and Safety Plan and Manual at the end of the project.
- Ordering materials
- Arrange sub-contractors
- Dealing with architects and client
- Pricing up future work contract
- Valuations
- Managing to 6 sites at any one time.
The Person
- Ideally possess SMSTS or other Management level Health and Safety qualification.
- Must be IT iterate
- Knowledge of a Works programming software package would be good.
- Possess excellent communication skills both in verbally, in writing and face to face
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
