We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. If you are driven, compassionate, and have, or are working towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, we would love for you to be part of our team!

About Our Care Home:

  • A warm and inviting 32-bed home with stunning sea and woodland views, located in peaceful surroundings.
  • A team-focused environment where staff are supported and valued, ensuring exceptional care for our residents.

Salary & Hours:

  • £13.60 per hour
  • 48 hours per week
  • Shift patterns available: 07:45 - 20:00 or shorter shifts: 07:45 - 14:00

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee and support the care team, ensuring that care standards are maintained and improved.
  • Medication Administration: Manage medication rounds, with full training provided.
  • Care Plan Development: Review and update individual care plans, ensuring they are person-centred and reflect resident needs.
  • Promote Wellbeing: Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met, fostering a high standard of care and comfort.
