Our client, a leading manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated Production Planner for a 18 month fixed term contract based in the Scottish Boarders. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilisation of resources. You will work closely with operational teams to develop production schedules that meet customer demands while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
- Experience in production planning
- Proficiency in production scheduling software and ERP systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing
